Help Help - Battista Negro in Locana Italy

I just found out who our great-great grandfather is. His name is Battista Negro who came from Locana, Italy. Apparently it is a little village 16 miles away from Torino. He was born in 1859 and came to Ladd, IL [my hometown I currently live in] when he was 38. His son Giovanni came over 3 years later in 1900.

2 QUESTIONS:

1) How and who do I talk to in Locana Italy to find out more information on Battista. I can't read or write in Italian. There seems to be 2 parishes in Locana but I can't read or write in Italian and can't read the Italian website in which I found these 2 parishes. Any recommendations?

2) How can I find more information on Locana, Italy?
