Welcome back!
No, most records, civil and church, are kept at the comune level
According to your earlier post, you'll need to search in Varazze and Arenzano

your previous post for everyone's reference:

for grandfather Benedetto Anselmo born in Varazze:

this post from 2007 has advice from moderator wldspirit and member Ricbru for researching records for Varazze

for grandmother Benedetta Anselmo born in Arenzano:

Your nearest Family History Center can order civil records for Arenzano on microfilm.
The cost is about $6 mo (rent), you’ll need to go to the center to order & view them.

Family History Library Catalog:

Film notes for Arenzano ... umns=*,0,0

Title: Registri dello stato civile di Arenzano (Genova), 1866-1929
Authors: Arenzano (Genova). Ufficio dello stato civile (Main Author)
Notes: Births, marriage banns, marriages, deaths.
Include indici.

And, just in case you aren’t familiar with the Family History Center & Italian records

FamilySearch Centers Home Page
Includes how to find your nearest local Family History Center
