Mother's Surname on Processetti

Post by JOHN08 » 04 Aug 2013, 04:55

I need help concerning a mother's surname changing between "Anna Nicola Saviotti" and "Anna Nicola Placentini" on various vital records.

I have done a timeline study, and I am convinced the two names are for the same person.

I have attached the processetti from the town of the groom (Atri) and bride (Citta S. Angelo).

The Atri record has the name of the mother, Annanicola Saviotti, for Francescoantonio; this record is dated: 17 Sep 1817.

The Citta S. Angelo record has the name of the mother, Anna Nicola Placentini, (deceased 9 Mar 1804); this record is dated: 20 Sep 1820.

The husband for Annanicola on both records is Luigi Mizi.

Appreciate any input about the surname change.
