about Marco Michele De Palma relatives;
-Mark say that mother surname was MARSELIA( Maria Angela first name);
-most probable that was MARSILIO (or MARSILIA version);
-are possible, for someone showing the census in New Haven around 1900 /1910 abt Marsilio people?(I'm interested to name father of Dorothy Marsilio born in 1911 and living in New Haven) .
Knowing the italian birthplace of Marsilios emigrated in New Haven ( sure was), well, we will know also italian birthplace(or same birtharea) of Marco Michele DE PALMA .
waiting an reply,

About Marco Michele DiPalma... born 1873... Ruviano, Caserta was his last residence in Italy... but doesn't mean his parents were born there...I could be wrong though... just not sure... just not enough DiPalma -Ruviano passenger records on the Ellis Island database...

A census record for Marselia, Marsilio, or Marsilia... would help determine where his mother was born. All info would be appreciated... especially a record from the New Haven,CT and Manhattan, New York area.

I found out through some family papers that my paternal,great-grandfather's name was Bernardino DePalma and my paternal,great-grandmother's name was Maria Angela Marselia.I have no idea where they were born or where they lived in Italy. As far as I know they never traveled to America for a visit.

wldspirit & mfjp:
- thanks, so now we know that was an Panfilo's daughter and all Panfilo Marsilio on ellisisland coming from L'Aquila area(Abruzzo), not from Campania(!), but from mfjp also we know that was an MarZilio from Ruviano... can be.... so I think that Mark De Palma friend can send the search's request in Ruviano..(this Common is in equal distance from Caserta province pertaining and Benevento)...
many regards, suanj
