Translation from Italy email

I received this last night and put it in the translator but certain parts were mishmash. I was hoping someone cold help me out in what it says and what the levels mean that are being referred to. As an example,
Is Ignazio an uncle of Fortunato or a brother?ciao sono laura castrogiovanni sono

miei parenti erano spoto il mio bisnonnoera Ignazio
spoto sposato con Donna Loreta Sinatra lui morì giovane a

appartengo al 1 ramo degli Spoto,tu Raymond invece
appartieni al 2 ramo cioè quello di Fortunato spoto sposato

datemi dall' Arciprete Padre Giuseppe Zuzzè ho trovato
i tuoi parenti e sono riuscita a parlare con loro due figli
di Loreta spotoin questi giorni ti farò avere i

My relatives were Ignazio Spoto mygreatgrandfather
who married woman Loreta Sinatra he died young at
35 years old and left three daughters, my grandmother Rosa Eduarda, Vincenza,Giuseppa and the family names stops because he had no sons

I belong to the first branch of the Spoto, you Raymond instead
belong to the second branch that is Fortunato Spoto who married
Giuseppa Cammarata. With the information given to me by priest Father Giuseppe Zuzzè I was able to find found your relatives, and I was able to talk with their two children. I'll have their names and is possible also that they have some photos

But Marty what does she mean Branch, 1st branch and 2nd branch. Is she saying we are related?
I am waiting to hear back from her asking about the ancestry on their end.
