Seaching for reference to Santaromita's

Post by Maurie »

Hello.... I am searching for any reference to a Angela Santaromita B:1810 and Francesca Santaromita (married to Vincenzo Miragliotta).
I am almost sure that they came from Naso/Messina area. Any info on this family would be very much appreciated.

Thank you, Maurie (Maurizio) in Western Australia nr Fremantle.

Hi Maurie,

The Family History Center has microfilm that you can rent for the town of Naso. The link below is the film numbers. It usually costs about $3.50 for a roll of film depending on your location.

Here is the link to find your nearest Family History Center.

I hope this helps.

Dear Maurie,
since the civil records of the comune of Naso start from 1820 (in the FHL microfilm), try to contact Naso civil records office, to see if they have the birth record you need of 1810

Ufficio Anagrafe
c/o Comune
Piazza Roma
98074 Naso (ME)

info@comune.naso.it

if you don't know italian, you can use this web site to request your ancestor's civil records

I hope it helps, bye ricbru
