casacalenda birth-death records

Looking for information (birth/death records) on Teresina Marinelli born Dec 6, 1905 and died Dec 10, 1930 in Casacalenda. I wrote to the commune twice but they never responded.
Is there someone who can help me with this or give me ideas where to go next?

Did you try the snail mail on the Casacalenda website?
How did you get your birth and death dates?
Did you send a photo ID with your request?

I did use snail mail but did not send a photo. Have requested information in the past with success and didnt send a photo then.
The dates I have are from a prayer card that was sent from Casacalenda to my grandmother who has passed away.

I would try with the photo ID and just the year listed and tell them it is your third request
