Marenco in Sicily

I am looking for any family I might have in Italy, or any info related. My great grandpa left Sicily, I think the city of Palermo, sometime in the 1800's. He settled in Central America. His name was Isaias Marenco and he was an attorney or a doctor. Any information would be much appreciated!

Hi,

My name is Alvaro Barraza, i'm son of José Alberto Barraza Marenco a Grand Son of Isaias Marenco. I live in El Salvador, Central America. My Great grand father, has a brother located in Nicaragua, then there's two great lines of Marenco family in this region. He comes from Italy, and was father of 42. He was a medical doctor and also was a lawyer, being a President of the Congress. He die in house of my grandmother at age of 112. At this time I do not know the entire family here in the country.
