Dated 3 December 1831 in Trani
Midwife, Margherita Salvinnini(sp?), 57, residing at Strada il Leone, presented a male child she declared was born to Irene Scagliarini of Trani, age 33, and to Pietro Mazzilli of Bisceglie, her husband, age 32, peasant farmer residing at Strada Mar???, on 3rd of December 1831 at 10 AM, at the home of the couple. The child was given the name MAURO.

Right column
Child was baptized in the church in Trani on the 4th.
