Your in luck!!. Go to www.paginebianche.it and insert Braido in the first line and GE in the third line and click CERCA and you will get 4 persons in the province of Genova surnamed BARIDO. I suggest you write to them with one generic letter and include a self addressed envelope ands a dollar or Euro inside for stamps and ask them, preferably in Italian or in english n short simple sentences. I mean short ...My name is. I am looking for informatiknon my family. The family surname is Breaido. etc etc.. As for italian citizenship, please contact the Italian embassy since the rules for South America, I believe are difference than for the USA. Peter
