I looked for Orazio Martinos birth record in the Family History Library archives but there are no films in Nicastro after the 1860s

I'm trying to find my great grandmothers birth extract as well, it seems very hard to find women in that era. do you know what kind of document could have listed her parents names? the marriage certificate did not her death certificate said felix as her father which was her sons name but a lot of these records in the US are false because they could not speak, read or write in english.
