Strange Warning opening this website

Why am I getting the below warning every time I open up Italiangenealogy.com the last couple of days?

I have not seen it. I am using Safari 11.0 browser. What browser are you using?

Google Chrome.

I justed used Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 my iMac without issue.
