Cira Cangelosi / Cataldo

Post by daiwritenow@msn.com »

I am trying to find information on my great grandmother, Cira (Cangelosi) Cataldo. I know they lived in Bagheria, and she died somewhere around 1970 and was over 100 years old. They had 8 children, 1 daughter died as a teenager and a son died in his 30's. My grandmother came to America in the 1920's and settled in the Bronx. I have not been able to discover the first name of my great-grandfather; any help in locating information on my great grandparents would be so greatly appreciated.

Bagheria records are online at FamilySearch.org up to 1903
if your grandmother was born before that, you can start from then.

Thank you.
I have tried searching that website but haven't had much luck. I am going to try and visit one of their research centers and see if they can help.
Thank you for getting back to me!
