Antenati - San Ferdinando di Puglia

Post by researching »

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some records for family born in San Ferdinando di Puglia in the province of Foggia. I can't find records for that area.

Wiki says: Nel 2009 il comune di San Ferdinando di Puglia è passato dalla provincia di Foggia alla provincia di Barletta-Andria-Trani.

Those records aren't there either.

My question to you experts is: Am I doing this wrong, or are those records just not available on Antenati?

Thanks
Julie

The Apulia area has not yet been entered into the system. Last I looked, it was scheduled for some time in the near future.

According to wiki "San Ferdinando di Puglia is a town and comune in the Province of Barletta-Andria-Trani in the Apulia not Foggia.

Some of Foggia's records are available here

but San Ferdinando di Puglia is not on that list.

Hey Marty!

Long time no see. I actually had a meeting with one of the people from the family history center yesterday, but the one near me is under renovation and inaccessible.

My great grandfather was Ferdinando Di Lorenzo. He was married to Caterina Camposeo.

I don't have his birth act, but I know he was born on Sept. 16, 1907. I have the marriage act and was able to get his parents' names from there.

Actually, it was you who found this for me!!!

I just can't continue my research from there, because I can't find the records on antenati and my family research center is not accessible.
