Ventotene

Where can I find birth/death/marriage records for the island of Ventotene in the 1800's?
Would they be at the State Archives of Naples? Would duplicate records be held in Pozzuoli, which was the administrative district for Ventotene at the time? Are any of these records available on-line? Thank you.
