Looking for information on Arduini family

Hello everybody. I've been looking for these documents but I couldn't find them anywhere online, even though I've got names and dates. Can anybody help me please?

Birth Certificate - Arduini Francesco - 07/05/1865 - Castellucchio PM (Father: Giovanni/Mother: Maria Gerola)

Marriage Certificate - Arduini Francesco + Corradini Smeralda - Porto Mantovano 1891 (I've found the Registro online, book number 5298, but it seems that only PARTE PRIMA is avaible, and I know that this marriage certificate is in PARTE SECONDA, number 4.
