DOB: February 26, 1876 alt date Feb 12, 1876 Formia Caserta Italy
Married Pasquale Lombardi February 35, 1899, Minturo, Caserta Littoria
Her last place of residence was Caserta
Sailed on the Canopic in 1904

Any hints or suggestions of where to search would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, there are no online records later than 1865 for both Minturno and Formia.
As you know exact dates, you might try requesting records from the Archivio di Stato (if they have them), or from the Comune.
