Looking for Leonardo Grillo

Hi everyone,
I'd like to find my ancestor, Leonardo Grillo.
He was born in Tarcento probably between 1815 and 1825. His father's name was Francesco. He moved to Hungary, was married twice, his first wife's name was Francesca Alotti (they had 5 children) and his second wife's name was Erzsébet Súri (they had 1 child).
I've found a lot of certificates in Hungarian records in connection with him but I can't trace him back to Italy. His birthplace and father's name was mentioned in his second marriage certificate.
I've been searching for his birth certificate but I haven't found anything yet and I would appreciate any help or advice where to search.
