Looking for a genalogy tree

Hi, I am looking for my ancestor's genealogy tree. According to what I know, his name was Antonio Quinto Fatta, born in Masserano on September 25, (or 21, not sure about it) 1874. Is it possible to find his birth certificate?

In addition, is it possible to find his genealogy tree? If so, what should I do to find it? Do you know any organization I could email to?

Actually, I am writing because of my uncle. He is old now and wants to find out about his father's father.

I have another question. My ancestor emigrated to the US in 1892 (Genes to NYC) and was naturalized american a couple of years after, but nobody knows when in the family. How could I find out about it? I looked for it on some American websites but it was a dead end. If you know about a relevant website, please let me know. I am trying to help my uncle who does not speak English nor Italian. Before he dies, I would want to try to help him find out about his past.

On Ancestry.com there's a public family tree named dunbar which has an Antonio Fetta born in 1874 in Torino (Piemonte). He died in Los Angeles in 1950.

Does your second question also refer to Antonio Fatta, or to someone else?
