Cugini Carnali

Post by vineviz » 11 Jul 2006, 11:03

Is anyone familiar with this phrase ("cugini carnali")? The literal translation does not make much sense to me in the context that I have encountered it.

Essentially, two men are being described as "cugini carnali" when they are suspected of having the same father but different mothers.

No, absolutely no; the cugini carnali, they are the cousins borns from a 2 different families, where the husbands are siblings, or the wises are sisters, or a husband and the wife of other husband are siblings... carnali mean that they have the same blood because they are cousins in 1°... regards, suanj
