De Bartolo in Rende

I'm looking to research my family in Rende, De Bartolo is our surname. We used to own land within Rende (I have the old copy of the deed) and apparently a relative had a street named after him in Rende. But I'd like to see what other connections or lineage I have in the city. Originally my family (nonno) was from Marano Marchesato, but the two cities are very close.

Any information or links that could help move things along?

Do you have any resources for military records? I have an uncle who lives near me and I can't visit atm due to Covid. But he served in the Alpini I believe during WWII, I wanted to see if I could obtain his records?
