2nd Great Grandfather - WW1 - Sicily

Post by sbiondo257 »

I was wondering if anyone could find anything relating to WW1 about my 2nd Great Grandfather Ignazio Biondo/Biundo. I was told he got forced to work for a calvary unit and take care of a general's horse. I'd appreciate any help!!

Information about Ignazio:

Born: August 5 1879

Lived in: Cinisi, province of Palermo

Parents: Michele Biundo and Maria Lo Duca

Spouse: Pietra/Petrina Badalamente

Children: Michele, Salvatore, Maria, Ignazio, Giuseppa, and Francesco Paolo.
