Hello,
I would like to know if I can apply for Italian citizenship due to the blood law.
One of my parents was born OUTSIDE of Europe, but at the time of my birth was a citizen of the Italian Republic. Can I apply for the above-mentioned citizenship on this basis?
If I understand, that's just the case for a "jure sanguinis" request of citizenship.
