Looking for Aniello Cammarano in America

Post by prouditalian » 11 Feb 2007, 09:22

Hi there my sirname is Pierri and my great grand father's name was Aniello Cammarano. He was born in Ascea Salerno in Italy in the 1850's. He was married with one daughter, my grand mother Celeste Cammarano(Pierri) and moved to America and remarried and started a new life. Does anyone have any clues as to where his family ended up and what family he ended up having? They'ed be my great grand cousins I guess. Thanks

John Pierri

Good morning, my name is Antonio Cammarano. I am the great-grandson of Aniello Cammarano. I am from Montevideo, Uruguay but now I am living in Spain because i am studying a PHD degree. I recently visited Ascea and I contacted the Cammarano´s family who still lived there. I found the documentation that shows that your grandmother is the daughter of my great-grandfather. Please get in touch with me through the mail! I would love to talk to you. I have all the history about our surname and also I'm planning to make a genealogical tree of our family!!
