Has anyone used the new DNA test to search the genealogy? If so what service did you use and what were the results?

www.smgf.org (free DNA testing for a scientific study. You can look at pedigree charts on the site too; I read a test release that they have 4 million samples in their database from all over the globe!)
www.ysearch.org (to search for surname projects from all of the testing companies)
Also google Megan Smolenyek (she is a leading expert in the field)
