Granzo does not appear in the Italian surname dictionary nor does it appear in the word dictionary so that it must be a unique name native to where the Granzo surname started. Sorry. Peter

Serge the surname Granbzo obviously comes from the city of Venice since currently there are 45 out of 47 people in Italy sunramed Granzo who reside in Venice. Since Venice was such a cosmopolitan city it will take some time to trace its origins but I will look for itand if I come across any information I will let you know. Good Luck Peter

go to www.familysearch.org and look under search for ancestors. Granzo is German and Granzo also came to the USA as immigrants. Peter
