The translation is not excellent but I hope good enough. I think the commune is Marcianise although it's not very clear.

My family, the Iodice's lived at #1 Via Atella in Marcianise.
Via Atella is now called Via Domenico Santoro which is right off the main Piazza Umberto 1 in Marcianise.
