Can anyone read the groom's mother's surname?

I came up with Spina but I can't be sure. :?

Thank you

Thank you T.

I feel a little more confident now. I find that flowery handwriting to be very difficult to read.

Your help is appreciated.

Always happy to be of some help to you Jim :-D

Seems that TODAY the Spina surname is very popular in SMCV, second only to Napoli in the Campania Region...

Spina 481.99 Napoli Napoli
Spina 141.94 Santa Maria Capua Vetere Caserta
