Tranlation of birth certificate

I need a complete translation of the posted attachment for Elena Ferrante.

Am I right that the listing of her profession, work, is noted the "same as above." Listed in the previous profession was "shoemaker" for her husband, Giovanni Mizii.

Elena was living in Atri and was from where, I cannot make it out?

I should have asked for this in a previous posting.

What you are reading as where Elena is from is actually the statement (after "residing in Atri")...
"and of the declarant (the father), of age as above, of profession as above, residing as above, on the first day of July...etc."

So the profession you see is not for the mother, but for the father - restated.
