Please help me read the notation in the right margin, above and below these lines:
sposava con Pierno
Maria Concetta
My best guess for the date of the marriage is 1 February 1917 and the date of the record is 30 April 1917. If true, the year was only written with three digits.
The royal attorney was in Lucera, could that be the word written on the 4th line?
Thank you for your help!

Re: notation on birth record
Yes, you have the dates correct... and they were written using only three digits to note the year.CowryShells wrote:http://postimage.org/image/27cpujero/

After the first date it indicates that it was act #8.

Re: notation on birth record
Thank you, Tessa! This has been very helpful!
So now I have:
_____ 1 febbraio 1917 Atto° 8
sposava con Pierno
Maria Concetta
Lucera 30 aprile 1917
Is the missing word an abbreviation for addizionale?
One curious thing is that the marriage occurred on February 1, 1917, but the groom entered the Italian army on January 10, 1917. I wonder how that was possible.
