It's not a marriage information but the date of a court decree stating that the mother's name is Filomena Maria and not just Filomena

Yes, this is right. We still use the word "fravecatore" in our Campania dialect to mean a mason. And that is the meaning of the surname "Fabbricatore".The word is "Fabbricatore" which, literally means "maker". I think this was the word they used for a mason or a master mason meaning that he was "making" houses.
