I obtained this from an Allegati for Francesco Gugino and Concetta di Carlo. Francesco's parents are Antonino Gugino and Fortunata Parlato. Is this Salvatore's birth certificate or baptisimal certificate on 14 Feb 1814?

It's the baptism certificate of Francesco who was born the same day (?? October 1814). The certificate was issued on 7 Oct(?) 1842 by the Parish of Valledolmo.

It's a baptismal certificate issued in 1849 for Francesco, son of Antonino (son of Giovanni) and Fortunata Parlato.
In 1814, there was no probably no recording of births in that area, so birth certificates were replaced by baptism certificates.
Date of birth seems to be October 10th.
