Can you please confirm that the red highlighted word is "Trosani" and she comes from Carapelle? thank you!

Livio, thank you but since there is no "J" in Italian, what would that Latin word translated to Italian be?

Livio is right...
Trojani= Troiani; in the past time when in a name or word was a hiatus and one vocal was a "i", it was used the "j" ( instead of "i") so no doubts in the spelling..
that because all records was by handwriting.. and no typed...
