Solanto is a suburb of Santa Flavia. I do not understand...

The name of the town was Solanto until 1880 when it changed the name to Santa Flavia.
The copy of the birth act required for the marriage with Vincenza was issued in 1878 when the town was named Solanto.
When Cristoforo married Rosa in 1889 the name of the town was Santa Flavia and the clerk who made the copy of the birth act changed the name of birth town to Santa Flavia.
