Giuseppa (Giuseppina) Giordano death

Can someone look at this. She died in Lucera, Foggia. I see a date of 1897 and one for 1895. Not positive of her death date. Her husband is Lorenzo Sinatra. Were any of the witnesses, etc. related to her?

Her date of death was 17 march 1897 at 8 AM. The 1895 date you see is part of the official's statement of his authority and date of the act within which he was appointed.

Giuseppina Giordano was 32 years old, residing in Lercara, born in Lercara to Pietro and to Rosalia Cardella. She was the wife of Lorenzo Sinatra.

Those who declared the death were Vincenzo Olita(?), 62, laborer; and Raffaele Urbano, 51, also a laborer.
