The record I see with the surname is on the left hand page, not on the right.
Dated Sept 27, 1794(?)-not sure if the last digit is a four
baptism of Antonino Vincenzo Saverio Schiliro (there is an accent on the "o"); he was born today of spouses, Vincenzo Schiliro and ? Malaponti. Godmother was Basilia ?, wife of Maestro Antonino Salanitri (maestro is a title meaning master of whatever trade or occupation he was in)
Sorry I can't decipher the mother's first name and the godmother's surname.
