Dated Sept 3, 1888 at 8:15 a.m. in the town hall of Pollica
Appearing were two informants: Gennaro Schiavo, age62, a barber, and Angelo Guida, age 64, a property owner
Both reported that, at 11:10 a.m. yesterday, Pietro Carracino had died. He was 11 months old, a day laborer, and had been born in, and was a resident,7 of Pollica. He was the son of Giovanna Fedullo, natural mother, a single tailor.
Witnesses were Antonio Brancia, age 55, shoemaker, and Angela Sanza, age 75, property owner
The informants and witnesses were illiterate, so only the town official signed the document below.
