Birth record Numero 45 for translation please. Also, what is written in the notation?

Dated April 30, 1893 at 9:30 a.m. Frigento
Appearing was Angelo Michele Cipriano , age 26 peasant/farmer who reported that on the 29th at 4:24 P.M. in the house at #9 Contrada Corno, a female infant was born to Caterina Martone, his wife, a peasant/farmer who was living with him. It was this infant whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name Maria Incoronata.

The notation reads verified this day, May 31, 1893, The Pretura (magistrates' court), followed by his signature. I really don't know if the notation pertains solely to this particular record.
