Marriage Translation, 1887

My translation of this marriage record:

On 10 Mar 1887 (The day and month is not shown in this photo.), appeared: Clodomiro Mizii, age: 20, profession: "fattore," factory office clerk ?, born: Atri, living: Atri, son of Stefano, mother's name not known.

Also, appeared Maria Fancse ?, age: 21, profession: ?, born: Atri, living: Atri, daughter of Francesco and Filomena ?, living: Atri.

Thanks for any corrections/additions.
