First of all, the second page does not go with the first record. You have not posted the record this second page belongs to.

The first page for Filomena Rex-dated Sept 26, 1840
Father and informant: Nicola Rex, age 40, peasant/farmer.
Mother: his legitimate wife, living with him, Grazia Florio, age 38, same occupation
The infant was born on the 26th of Sept in the house on Strada dietro S. Vincenzo.
Baptized on the same day in the parish of Rutigliano. Also there is a middle name given for Filomena on the right side of the record (with the baptism info). Her middle name was Elentera, a name I have never before seen.

Second name is Eleutera (possibly feminine version of Eleuterio).
However, I don't know anyone with such a name!!
