The birth was registered on the day 20, declarant was the midwife Elisabetta Onofrio, because the father was out of town

The side note (bottom right) states that Agapito Angelo died in Navelli on 30 July 1979

Could Francesca's last name be Sarrocca? I believe this is the brother to my grandmother. I have his death date down as 1979 in my tree. And I have their parents as Salvatore Priore and Francesca. This image is the death certificate for my grandmother (Agapito's sister). It lists her mother's name as Sarrocca.

I know she had a brother from her obituary.

Francesca's surname in the Italian record is Santirocco. U.S. records often have misspellings of the original Italian surname. Livio's transcription of the surname is incorrect.
