help with translation of birth record

Post by aviano8587 »

Would greatly appreciate if some one has a few moments to translate a hand written sentence on a birth record for Lorenzo Milici number 61 image number 2693 Atti Di Nascita Novara di Sicilia , the right side of the page. The written part is under his name It is a notation.

Many thanks
Annette

It is hard to read...
He was sentenced by Corte d'Assise on Nov 8th, 19x0 to prison for 30 years; disqualified forever from public roles; legally disabilited for all the time in jail....
I hope you can understand some legal terms I tried to translate; unfortunately, I can't read what follows.
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi

Certificate requests and genealogical researches in Italy.
Translation of your (old) documents and letters.
Legal assistance in Italy for your Italian citizenship.
