My translation of this birth record:

On the 27th of Sept. 1878, appeared Domenico Pucciano, age 22, laborer, son of Michele, living in Acri, declared the birth of his daughter, Serafina, born of Saveria Manfredi, his wife, on the 25th of Sept. 1878.

These hand-written records are difficult for me! I hope I did not miss anything of importance.
