Dated Aug 9, 1893 in Frigento at 7:30 a.m.
Appearing was Giuseppe Cancelliere, age 57, peasant/farmer in the town who reported that at 4 a.m. on the 8th, in the house at #2 Contrada Confine, his wife, Maria Rosaria D'Agostino, a peasant/farmer who was living with him, gave birth to a daughter whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name Filomena. Witnesses were Filippo Alberto Testa, age 36, teacher, and Giuseppe Scalzilli, age 38, property owner. The declarant did not sign the document below, as he was illiterate.
