Can I get Help with this death Document this one is different than the other one's i have seen what all does this one say on it. what does it say with his name

On 6 Nov 1901 the Civil Court of Termini Imerese decreeded the correction of the death act of Antonino Bova written on 23 Aug 1901 # 59, as follow:
- his mother was Ignazia Ardizzone Caito
- he was born and resident in Termini, 48 years old, fisherman, husband of Maria Filicicchia
