all I can decipher is-

the 24th of March, the daughter of Baldassare Lo Cilio was baptized by (I think the name Antonio is the first name of the priest who performed the baptism)..

I think following surname logiliu=Lo Cilio, there's the name of the baby, but I can't read it, as it is abbreviated. Then (I think) godfathers were Antonino Cuccinella and Mariano de ?; godmother Petruzza (?) de P?.
I suggest you to try posting the image and your questions on www.tuttogenealogia.it, where you will find several experts who wiil be able (I hope) to read it. You will also find a special section where you can post and get answers in English.
