Father is Antonio, not Antonino. Otherwise, all correct, including the mother's name. Keep in mind that i and j are the same letter in Italian.

Tomasino is a normal name in Sicily, at least in Agrigento province. I've seen it the most in Cattolica Eraclea. Note that unlike the name Tommaso there is only 1 m in Tomasino.
