If you can tell us where the records are from, and what you already know about people mentioned, it might help...

First picture:
July 8th, 1746 (not sure, might be 1776)
... (first word is cut off) Antonia Elisabetta, daughter of Barnaba (son of deceased Giovanni Battista Barnabò), and Caterina his wife, daughter of ???., born at 23 of same day was baptized by Giovanni Battista Tonelli, godmother was Giovanna Cavalieri from "Plebe" (Pieve?)

Maria Regina, daughter of Battista (son of Battista Barnabò, son of Domenico ?), and of Maria Maddalena his wife, born at 4 today. Godfather was Battista Sta? from Plebe.

a correction. It might be referred to Giovanni Battista

Giovanni Francesco, son of Battista, son of Battista Barnabò, son of Domenico, and of Maria Maddalena his wife, born at 10 of the same day, was baptized by me, Giuseppe Antonio de P?. Godfather was Tiberio Pilotti, from Vigo (or "son of Vigo").
