On the 26th of November 1889, in Gambateso [Campabasso, Italy] appeared Giuseppe Possumato, 41, peasant farmer, living in Gambateso, declared the birth of a male baby, Francesco Saverio, born of Carmina Farinaccio, his wife, peasant farmer, on the 25th of November 1889 at 5:15 p.m. at 12 Via del Palazzo.

[Notation on the left side]: 30th of November 1913, husband of Severino Maria Carmina ???

Witnesses: Nunzio Leonardi, 65, farmer; and ? Cobucci, 68, peasant farmer.

Appreciate corrections/additions.
