This is a baptism certificate.
A priest from San Fele (or San Felice) certifies that he found a baptismal record of 1809 stating that on Nov 17, 1809 a baby was baptized, and given names Pietro Raffaele (Petrus Raphael). He was the son of Gugliemo Iodice and Caterina Piccione (or Giccione), a married couple.
